booring dont ya think? wonder if there are any custom acura emblems that would set the car. Like the Hyundai wing badges on the genesis.

What would you prefer the emblem to look like? As soon you see just an "A" on the back of a car, you automatically know it's an Acura.

 

like that but acura of america or something lol. maybe something cooler looking.

I think the OEM badges look fine. You have to be very careful waht you do on a car like the RL... it's easy to change it and make it look ricey... Maybe DE-badge it... but putting some kind of unique/custom badge would likely be something that would end up looking wrong..

Maybe buy an "aspec" badge for your car... but only if you equip it with aspec stuff...otherwise your a poser...

Look into Amp'd emblems...get em in a color that grabs attention, like yellow or something.

 

thx i saw those. but bored browsing seeing if acura has unique custom emblems.

 

we saw a like new mid 90's 4 door Integra G3 coming back from VA. Badge was not an A and car was really clean. Looked good but Cathy said it looked to her like a small bag of McDonalds frys in a circle. (really) I could not get a good look at it as I was driving. We had to find an Integra G3 on the Internet to verify what it was. I think we will leave the A on mine. Might re-badge as a Legend - haven't decided. RL is easier to wax around.

Hey, another idea would be to have a custom print shop make a customer emblem. Make it your own, or make it an A with a twist? Can probably be made on a puffy type of material so it will look legit..

 

 

That's why most of the members of the RL Community bought the RL. Rice goes from a Civic to a TL, if you go up from there you don't rice.

no guys. maybe you aren't getting me. All I wanted to know if there were any different unique acura badges...I seen the Red A, Blue A, Even AMP'ed A. Guess most of you guys haven't seen all the Hyundai badges on the genesis have you? No i'm not talking about the original "H" hyundai. Look up the new genesis, equus, and tuscani emblems. People here are rebadging their RL's to Honda Legend, putting Blue A's, Mugen, or even Lighted A's and are "omg thats so nice!!!11!." But I try to see if there are any unique looking Acura emblems and people hate...bandwagon? yes.

 

The only 'unique' emblem I've ever known for Honda cars is the Mugen badge.

 

Here's the simple version.

there are no other "A's"
stick with your classy A, and be done with it. Stay classy.


and while we're on it, do you wanna change out your BIMMER badges too?
go put the genesis badge on it

 

I like the bimmer badge with the red and black, rather than the blue.
IF I would have gotten the Genesis, my very first mod would be the Genesis emblems in carbon fiber. Absofrigginlutely.

I know exactly what Genesis badges you are talking about. They are good looking but I can't imagine anything like that being on an Acura. The "A" is classy and not overdone.

If I were you I would go after the black chrome emblems HeelToe has or something along those lines. You could always get rid of the circle around the "A" and just have the middle part. I've seen that before.

I strayed from simple once on my emblems...found my way home though. Had a gloss candy red with no clear on it. Thought it looked nice for about 10 minutes.

 

i actually did that. instead of the white and blue its white with black carbon fiber.

Nobody is hating man...just basically everyone is giving you the options that there ARE for our cars. I think if there was an awesome japanese emblem for the TL, I'd probably consider it, but since she's American...there's nothin!
