Get vibration when AC fan turn on sometime. Went to dealer states fan bearing shot need fan replaced. Can I do this myself? Has anyone done this? How??

Just maybe a suggestion, is it your engine mount? It seems that RL's have weak engine mount. Check Post #7 to diagnose. https://acurazine.com/forums/2g-rl-2005-2012-76/check-your-motor-mounts-863157/
If it's a fan only, it should be straight forward. It's feasible, maybe 4 bolts holding the fan and one connector. I would ask some of those people in the linked thread about removing the fans because it's the same steps to remove the front engine mount.
I would give a second check of their diagnosis. I would check the fan when the car is for sure stone cold. Give it a wiggle to check for play and maybe observe the fan movement when it is actually on. Another step I would take is to disconnect the fan temporarily to see if the vibration goes away and is "normal" (do this for a short while, don't want the car to overheat)
I hope this helps.

I think the dealer was referring to the blower motor fan for the climate control system?
It is located under the passenger side dash, but I do not know if the glovebox alone is all to disassemble to access.
Perhaps there is something in the ductwork near the blower fan causing the vibration...a leaf or something vibrating in the air flow? There is a duct gasket there as well which may have come loose and vibrating. Maybe check for that before ordering a new blower fan.
If the fan motor itself is the issue, the blower motors are available form online Acura parts vendors around $225-$250.
