I bought an aftermarket warranty for my son's CL and 1 yr later the company went BK - Warranty Gold - had a 4 star rating from Consumer Reports. This happened over 5 yrs ago and am waitng judgement fromt he courts. Only factory warranties from now on.

I know the 2006's are very reliable which is why I am considering getting a 06/07 RL. But I have an 2005 and I can assure you it is not the most reliable mid size luxury car.
