What kind of coverage do you have, what company do you use, and how much are you paying?

Thanks,

Auto Insurance premiums for any particular car are not apples to apples comparisons unless you live in the same zip code, drive the same amount of miles, same age, marital status, garaged, profession, home ownership and even credit score of the insured.

But the biggest variable is the locale where you live and drive. Urban areas tend to be higher premiums than rural areas. Some areas with statistically more accidents, traffic congestion and auto thefts will warrant higher premiums.

Insurance companies guard these formularies as it opens them for discriminatory liability and state regulations where consumers appear to be (or actually are) gouged.

I pay about $960 every six months with Allstate, but we have two cars. My RL is about $90 a month and the other is $70 a month. This is full coverage.

$700/yr, 21st century, 100/300, two cars plus homeowners, 9k miles per year, no tickets or accidents ever, excellent credit!...NJ sucks for auto (and just about everything else.) GEICO wanted $1000, statefarm and allstate also higher.
