Sorry for the crappy picture, it's from my crap Blackberry.

The car is still running like it's new. I replaced the timing belt and water pump around 130K. At 190K I replaced the plugs, but they looked fine and probably didn't need replacing.

This is a great site and hopefully I can contribute more often.

how much do you spend on gas weekly? insane!

My Lease is almost up...do I buy my RL

200,000 miles...WOW...but that is why I leased an Acura RL....thinking that when the lease was up I might buy it. I put on a lot of miles - I have over 74,000 miles and my lease is up in 2 months....I will be hit with about $6000 in overage charges if I turn it in, although I may be able to cut a deal with my Acura dealer to soften the blow if I lease a new Acura. But I'm thinking that for about $28,000 (which is what I would pay to buy the RL)...I might be better off purchasing the car. I DO HAVE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY UP TO 113,000 MILES. I've looked at the new Cadillac CTS (a really nice car) and know there are lots of deals out there. WHAT TO DO?????

I remember when I was getting a car 8 years ago and told some of my younger co-workers I was thinking of a Mercedes. They told me that a Mercedes was a grandpa car. Having just turned 40 I wasn't interested in that image so I went with the RL. I think the same of the Cadillac. I'd stay with the RL if I were you..... You could do something new with it (wheels, sound system, etc.) if you want to perk it up a bit...

The guy drive his Nsx everywhere not like most people who garage their car all year round. This is the way to drive an Nsx not on a trailer. If anyone ever complain why the Nsx cost so much, this is one of the reason. A solid built car that is reliable, easy to drive and handle better most cars that cost twice as much. Try to get 300k out of a Porche or a Viper with replacing and engine or turbo.

This is what was said about it, this is not from me.
There are certain 911's with more than 100,000+ miles on the clock (MY 99's).
The Viper, well you would not want to drive it more than 50 miles at a stretch, the clutch is very heavy and the gearbox requires a lot of effort. You can compare it to driving a steam train.

About the RL, it is amazing to know that such relatively new cars are driven so much. The reliability reported is amazing and this is the reason most of us buy Acuras i guess.
