Hello.

My 2007 RL Tech just had its Check Charging System and battery light cone on. Confirmed with multimeter and plug in computer that battery not charging.

Cables are tight, alternator and belts changed last month along with new battery. I was wondering if there is another possibility - like a fuse easily accessible or some other electrical thing that may be attempted rather than another trip to a garage?

When I bought my rl the check charging system light would come on under full throttle and when I had a/c off , when changing alternator I found out it was a car quest alternator ,I read a DENSO was best replacement because that's what came from factory, alternator from carquest was not charging the car sufficiently once denso alternator is in I've had no problems what so ever I also did tensioner and belt for good measure
