I have one FOB and one key. Would Home Depot or Lowes be able to cut a duplicate key that can start the ignition?

A local locksmith quoted me $350 for a new driver 1 fob and key. Does that sound about right?

hi i am attempting to reprogram a new steering coloum on a 08 accura but cant get it to work your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
