# 19 attaches caliber to the bracket.
Reason for those bolts missing from the parts list might be that they are not meant to be opened.
There has been a TSB for Honda legend about front brake caliper pad retainers found to be broken at time of brake service (they are not on that part list either)
and in that TSB they say that do not open those bolts.

Yeah, definitely not 19. Maybe it's on a different picture? Or match it at a hardware store. Depending on who you land at the parts counter at the dealer, they can be your best friend in finding something like this

Is it true you can take one bolt out at a time, and replace it, without disrupting the seal?? I've thought about taking one bolt out, clean it up and paint it, then putting it back in before taking anther bolt out.
