Just a thought while at work

I have both a 01' RL and 08' Base TL and plan on taking the RL calipers off painting them and putting them on my TL. Here's my questions:

Can the RL calipers fit behind the stock wheels of 08 Base TL?

&

Will putting the calipers off my TL onto my RL affect the RL's driving immensely?

The RL calipers are only single piston so don't worry about the exchange if it's even possible. Acura parts list different numbers while some aftermarket part manufacturer's have both the TL and RL as the same number front.

basic same design so no impact to either car, nor help for either one.. what would be the reason for making the swap? from what I understand the 01 RL did not have the BBK.. the 01 RL have almost the same exact caliper as the 08 TL
