'05 Replacement Key FOB need help

I lost my second key fob and don't want to pay dealer prices for a replacement. Saw some on ebay for around $75. Can I program this myself or do I need the dealer to do this?

I know they dealer is needed to program the transponder on the actual key but wasn't sure if the FOB can be programmed at home.

Thanks for the link but I'm in northern NJ so driving to PA isn't a great option.

This is kinda random, but when I was changing the battery, I lost the red panic button cover. Anyone know if I can order this small piece?
