Has anyone ever tried bolting up an aftermarket exhaust from the tl onto the rl?

I know the manifold cats and j-pipe bolts right up, don't see why the catback exhaust won't work other than the rl being AWD. Tl has plenty of options and RL is limited or not available anymore.

Just looking for something that's bolt on or is my only choice to cut the mufflers and get something welded?

Based on the diagrams they look to be pretty different.

 

Your mount points will be in completely different places. The RL has to go around the drive shaft and rear diff which the TL doesn't. Try the 4G TL SHAWD.

 

You could possibly cut off everything from the rear axle back and use that but there's no way the entire catback will bolt up.
