RDX 2017 seizure?

RDX 2017 seizure?
I was hoping someone could help me with this problem. Our RDX appears to make weird noises and seems like it's trying to start by itself occasionally. I took a video of it occurring three different times. Wondering if anyone's ever seen anything like this or can figure out what the problem is It's not the FAB
