Odometer disappeared

Odometer disappeared

Started the car this morning and something did not look right on the instrument cluster. Finally realized that the odometer and trip meter were gone. Just a black space where they used to be. The outside temp is still on that screen. I can cycle through the other screens (tire pressure, range, etc.) and they are fine. Time for first oil change and warranty fix on the left rear fender liner. Will add this to the list.

Perhaps the first step off the fiscal cliff...or perhaps the end of the world was delayed a few days.

Pressing the Select / Reset button doesn't do anything? The up / down arrows doesn't toggle the odometer.

Odometer has returned from its vacation

Just started it to go to the store and the odometer is back right next to the temperature in all the screens. Trip meters also display when I push the select/reset button. Hope this was a one time event.
