We could use a few more details.

Does the map move as you drive?
If the map does move, do you mean it shows your vehicle in an incorrect location, or it doesn't show your location at all?

Strange because I had a 2017 loaner and I was impressed that it showed the street I was on in the Mid Display.Is it possible that someone moved the location in the Nav display?
