Just lowered both side2 1/2 turn. Now no more flashing from oncoming drivers and my wife can follow me in the RDX without lighting up the inside of my car. Thanks for the post!

Anyone know how to adjust the Left-Right aim of my low beams?

that might not be possible, I don't remember seeing any l/r adjustment on my lamps

L/R should be available unless you have adaptive headlights; I've had to aim an old car's headlights and both axis were available.

Post #26 mentions a hole for L/R in the proximity of the hole for U/D adjustment. No flashing for me yet but then again it's a little cold out to where a trench coat.

Old thread but still helpful. Thanks for the pictures. I too had the headlights aimed too high and was constantly getting flashed. At one point, the car I passed pulled back out ahead of me and tossed a coffee cup out his sunroof at me!! Anyways, dealer readjusted them but they went too low and now I can't see squat. Rather than bringing the car back, I figured there's gotta be a way to do this on my own. And so thanks to this site and thanks for this post! btw - we love our 2013 RDX (had an '05 Pilot before this).
