BIG Ticket$$ Problems ? in 2G RDX ?

Greetings ! .... I'm looking at buying a 2014 RDX with 92K miles. I'm familiar with other Honda transmission problems the past 20 years or so. Are there any common expensive issue with this Gen RDX ? IE ... Engine, Transmission, Computer modules etc. .... just a quick survey.
Thanks very much for your feedback !

I think you won’t find a more reliablel SUV from Honda/Acura than the 2G RDX

We have a 2104 with 145k miles, had it since new. They are very reliable cars, but do require some routine maintenance items that are expensive. Around 100k miles is a large maintenance requiring timing belt change and spark plugs. You'll want to check whether that was done already, and budget for it if not. Many threads on this site explain this.
Other than that, some lower trim models experience significant headlight dimming, which can be expensive to fix. The Tech model with HID headlights does not have this problem.

Definitely change the timing belt if it hasn't been done already. Also make sure to drain and refill the transmission with new fluid every 30k-40k miles, as these transmissions can get very jerky with age and mileage.
