Armrest power socket dead?

The cigarette lighter / power socket in the center armrest has died in our 2015 RDX. I've replaced the 10A "Accessory" fuse (which appeared to still be fine anyway), and there's no change. The socket in the dash cubby works just fine.

Is there a known issue with this socket, or anything else I should check before taking it in to the dealer?

Just adding some more info for posterity. Looks like if I've got to replace the socket it won't set me back much (assuming that's the problem and they don't cover it under the warranty).

Take it all apart and make sure it didn't just unplug on the inside.

Also test it using a multi meter.
