AcuraWatch

I own a 2016 Acura RDX Tech and seem to be having a problem with the AcuraWatch electronics such as Lane Keeping Assist System, Adaptive Cruise Control etc. I can be going down the highway with the ACC set at 110 km/hr (66 mph) and it will operate fine for a bit, then without reason it will drop down to 100 or 90 +/- km/hr then after a bit it will downshift and go back up to 110 km/hr that I had set the cruise control at. LKAS (Lane Keeping Assist System) use to work fine and while driving I could feel the steering wheel slightly moving to the left and right to keep between the centre line and the line on the right side of the highway. That does not seem to be working now. I don't mind that the LKAS does not work properly but not having cruise control working properly is a real pain! I have read the Acura RDX manual 3-4 times and can't see anything that I am doing wrong. One question I have for readers here is: When I start the RDX does all the AcuraWatch features like Adaptive Cruise Control, LKAS and Lane Departure Warning (LDW) automaticly activate as does Blind Spot Indicator (BSI), or does each of these features need to be turned on?
