2017 RDX front brakes noise at slow speeds

Hello all, I registered today and here's my first question on 2017 RDX.

I had a weird grinding brake noise when slowly apply brakes at 5km/h-10km/h (Ex. while parking).
So my dealership replaced the front brake pads and resurfaced discs.

But the noise is still there, and I'm wondering if anyone else had a similar problem and how it was fixed.
Now I'm hearing kind of a thump noise when I release brakes after stopping a car, etc.

I read a TSB related to front brakes, but not sure if it applies to my case or not.

Thanks.

The work they did on the brakes is what the tsb calls for. Either it didn't fix it or it's the rears.

My 2015 RDX has been making grinding noise on left turns since 13000km (8000miles). They tried fixing it but its back now after about a year. So far as I can tell this is a "feature" of the car.

See TSB 17-049 - Front Brake Noise and/or Front Brake Judder (2013–18 RDX) in the TSB threads.
