Spent 4 hours, but worth it. Always good to see the paint sparkle.

2018 tech. Added the oem fogs, Painted the lower lips and mud flaps body colored. OEM lower chrome door trim. 15% front windows, 35% windshield. 22" wheels. Debadged emblems

i debated getting the oem fogs but couldn't justify the price (600+ in canada)
would you be able to take pics of the debadged emblems? i have a 2016 cbp and had the emblems dipped before but they looked cheap so i removed the dip. thought of debadging but didn't know how that would look

They mach perfectly, pressure sensor was replaced, 2019 have different frequencies

well... i couldn't resist.. i traded in my 2018 RDX for the 2020 model.... ... will definitely miss my 2G but the 3G is so much better....

They had some nice cars on the lot though!!!

When in dought, carbon fiber wrap it out! Lol


Carbon fiber wrapped the bottom side mirror & door side protectors. Along with A panel, B,C & D pillars.

 

Wow! That is very sharp!

 

The aspecs with the 255/45/20 50MM go in toward the suspension about 15mm. Did you need to use a spacer at all? How is the handling with the new setup?

 

A for effort but this is also very rice.

 

Is that a heated steering wheel now? How does that work for you?

 

unfortunately ​2nd gen RDXs don't have heated steering wheels.

Headlight occlusions will disappear next weekend, when I have the right tools.

I love the color; I didn't have the energy to do the tires and interior today, but tomorrow is another day!

i know old thread but why upgrade from 18 inch to 22inch wheels .. isnt it a safety concern ?
(sorry if its a dumb question )

 

It's not a dumb question lol. Usually it's for the looks, and so that you get wider tires (as far as I am aware). There are drawbacks tough, mainly with the sidewall being a lot thinner. So if you hit a pothole you have a higher chance of blowing out a tire or denting a rim.

so far i did the AEM intake and window tints in the front...and tested the Sport wheels from my old civic just to see the new look ill have this summer

 

Hey I know this is an old picture but I'm really digging the look of those wheels. Are those the stock wheels but painted or powder coated or something? If so, what does something like that typically costs and does it last long? I have the same graphite luster metallic 2013 RDX and would love to do this to my car. I'm not looking to drastically change the look by buying new rims.. plus the additional money it would cost of course haha.. but yeah, I'd appreciate if you can let me know. Thanks!
