Visioning....

So I bought a 2017 RDX with the technology package.. and an thinking of a few cosmetic changes....

1. Wheels... going up to 20s... and a ton of posts in other section on that...
2 Exhaust... my DREAM is to do a custom exhaust and exit in the rear bumper where the reflectors are today. I really like that look on all the other SUVs...X5, Cayenne etc...

Thoughts?

Personally I would pass on the exhaust work, spend your hard earned money on something else, although it would end up cooler than OEM.

Yes to the wheels for sure, as long as you go to at least a 255 width. Now with regard to how much more the tires stick out from the side, if you prefer the OEM look, go with a 45 mm offset and if you prefer the more aggressive look, go to a 35 mm offset.

1. Wheels are a must on these as the factory offset is so terriblymatched
2. That could either be really cool or a total fail. A custom tip fill the blank square above the reflector could possibly look good or maybe cut the whole thing out and use the inner part where it comes to a point to kind of do a triangle shape tip

I think the spot would be too big to do twin tips but I could be wrong. I think something subtle would work best though
