What is this called?

Hi All,

I've finally decided that I'm going to keep my 2013 Acura...nothing I've been shopping around for fits me the way this car does. Performance, reliability, everything under the hood - all stellar; it's the interior's typical wear and tear that is bugging me. For the most part, my parts list is complete, and I'm ready to pull the trigger on about $1200 in cosmetics, but I can't get the exact name/part number of this rear, flippy, gizmo that helps bridge the gap between cargo area and open space behind the second row when the second seats are folded down.

There's a parts diagram that I think shows it, but I can't be certain. Can someone let me know what this part is officially called - or, even better, give me a part number?

Thanks!

Isn't it just the carpet?

It's carpet on the surface, but the structure is a spring-tensioned hard part. If it were just carpet, I'd be in for a very inexpensive fix.

I believe it is the Lid Assembly, Cargo Floor - #6 in diagram - Part #83824-TX4-A01ZA
