UNLOCKING all doors

is there a way to unlock all 4 doors with key fob staying in my pocket on my 2017 RDX buy just touching door handle ?

Go to customize settings and keyless access setup.Select door unlock mode.Select all doors.

My key fob unlocks all doors but my wife's key fob only unlock the front doors. Are the key fobs programmed separately? Thanks

Yes, you need to open the door with the other key, then change the settings separately for that one.
