Okay to get fluids changed at Honda?

Second owner 2013 RDX with ~57K. I haven’t received the minder light #3 to change the ATF or rear diff fluid. I’m not sure on history, so thought better safe than sorry. Honda dealer is much closer and obviously cheaper. The Honda service tech said there is no difference between the dealers except cost given it’s Honda parts. Any thoughts?

I've owned nothing but hondas and acuras for the past 20 years and I have had my acuras serviced at a honda dealership. Fluids are all honda based. The only drawback is you probably will not get a loaner at the honda dealership.
