Sure. They are distributors for Lederzentrum, a fairly well known German leather restoration company.

Unless you read German you're not going to be able to use this stuff properly. For day-to-day care I'd suggest LeatherMaster. For more intensive repairs I'd recommend Leatherique - a direct competitor to Lederzentrum

How do all of this compare to Lexol

Lexol will leave a greasy film on your leather. LeatherMaster, Leatherique and Lederzentrum products wont.
