Rear Camera Cable Route?
Rear Camera Cable Route?
Those who've added a rear facing camera (part of a dashcam install), how did you route the cable from rear facing camera to the front of the cabin?
Options I'm seeing include through the roof liner (but I'm not sure if it's partially glued) or removing a series of panels. Everything is so (nice and) tight I'm not sure a cable can be tucked under the edges of panels as they can be on some cars/trucks.
All tips appreciated.
Cheers!

I ran mine up under the roof liner (going down passenger side) when I installed it years ago; I recently put in upgraded cameras, which included (sigh!) having to replace the line going to the back (different connector.) Still no problem at all. In my case, it simply took some determination, but I found no major obstacles.
