IMy wife has a non/nav RDX and whenever she tries to use an Ipod Nano it will play for a while and everything works correctly. Then after a few songs it will come up with an error that it's unrecognizable.

I hooked up a jmup drive instead and it worked perfect.

Any ideas?

 

if its a older nano it wont wont. i tried my old ipod mini on my tsx and it wouldnt even play switched to my video and iphone works perfect. it sometimes can read the hardrive on the older ipods.

 

I also have a non nav with a IPod issue. I have an IPod touch and it plays fine when plugged into the car cable and auxillary selected. I can even advance through the play lists using the steering wheel control. However, the IPod screen say this application requires an app to operate properly and wants to know if I want to download it from the app store. I push ok and it tries to take me to the app store but by the time I get back into the house to get internet access it has timed out. Anyone have any idea what app it wants me to download?

 

I moved the car into the garage so I could get an internet signal from the house and figured it out. It wanted to download the pandora radio app which I don't want. The IPod music player works fine and does not need an additional app.
