Here is your ANC Module location!!!

Not sure if this is well known or not but this took me hours to track down.. This is the ANC module you need to unplug if you run an aftermarket subwoofer to avoid the annoying random Bass notes. I have not confirmed that BT calling is still working yet.. I am hoping it still does. This did however fix my subwoofer buzzing issue with my aftermarket system. Turning it off at the radio setting did not stay and had to be done every time we started the RDX.

I have been dealing with this issue for a year now in my wife's 16 RDX. I installed a JL Audio W6v2 with JL Audio 500/1v2 amp and had this issue. Upgraded to W6V3 sub and 600/1v3 with LC2 and bass knob. Still didn't fix the random bass tones. If this is the answer, I will be forbeber thankful as well as my wife. I'm gonna go try it right now lol.

Let me know if this fixed your issue.

I'm sure it affects something but I had unplugged it, started the car and heard the thumping so I plugged it back in.

I want to find a solution to this though. I have a bass knob added to my LC2 so I have it turned all the way down and the thumping is minimized but not obsolete. Then I can crank it up and it works fine. It's just after start up the issue arises.

RDXSUB, you seem to have vanished, I'm sure some of us want to know if unplugging the ANC module also eliminated bluetooth function. Are you still rocking out with good bass from your aftermarket sub?
What source did you use for your amp input? The factory sub wires?
