Hi there, we recently purchased a 2017 Acura rdx. I set up the speed dials and stored voice tags for the speed dials numbers. however, when I tried to call the voice tags, I had so much difficulties. the system didn't recognize many of the voice tags, once I said 'call ...", a list of selections from my phonebook will show up in the screen and in many occasions, they are not even close to the things I called. I have a honda CRV 2012 model. I used exactly the same voice tags there and it always called out the right number smoothly. I am wondering whether anyone experienced similar problems with Acura rdx. shall I bring to the dealer for diagnosis?
