cannot enter street name by voice?

cannot enter street name by voice?
I tried to enter the street name by voice but I couldn't.
When I did following, the screen only shows "Type Street" with keyboard.. it's different from the manual.
1) Say "Destination"
2) Say "Street"
Anyone knows? Mine is 2014 RDX Tech (Canadian model)

You're one step too far: if you use the wheel to enter "Street", it'll go into "Type Street",
Go back a menu where you can choose "Street", "City", etc., and say "Street". That will get you into the mode where you can say the street name.
