Can’t open the trunk with remote start fob?

Can’t open the trunk with remote start fob?
Hey all. I just purchased a 2015 RDX. It came with remote start but I can’t figure out how to open the tailgate with the remote start key fob. Is there some other fob I’m supposed to have or am I just doing something wrong?

The button on the bottom is for opening the trunk. You need to hold the remote for it to open. If it does not work, look in the vehicle setting menu for tailgate options,

The remote start fob is on the left. The bottom is the panic button no?
