I went to Best Buy for a replacement radio/Bluetooth/CarPlay device for my 2015 RDX base model. They tell me there is no in-dash option yet. Any idea when one might be available?

 

the RDX is about to get remodeled, so I doubt anything will be made at this point.

 

How would you upgrade the stereo unit in an RDX? It's completely integrated into the car's operating system, particularly if you have the tech package. As far as I'm aware, there's no way to swap out/upgrade these modern systems.

 

I'd contact Cruchfields.

 

It will be probably the best cost effective route to upgrade speakers, and use your smartphone to compensate for some of (if not all) features that an aftermarket head-unit offers.
