Hello,

I have an 2014 RDX, non tech package. As soon as the Siri update came out I went to dealer and they setup my care to use the Hands Free and Siri. That part of it works good, though prior to that I would get notified if I had an incoming text message that came in via the speakers and RDX screen. I don't see that anymore, so if anyone knows how to get that back, let me know.

The bigger problem is that periodically, when bluetooth is on my phone, and I get into the RDX and turn on the vehicle, it totally locks up the radio - and I get the screen in the car that says Hang Up. But the radio is totally locked up unless I turn off BT on my phone. When I turn it back on, the radio locks up again. The only thing that seems to clear this situtation is the totally power off the iphone5 and restart it.

Has anyone else experienced this, and if so how has this been resolved?

Same problem here.

 

This happens randomly in my ILX post Siri Eyes Free update. My workaround is to hit Phone > Transfer and you'll hear the familiar 'hang up' tone.
