Question Vibration only in the big slope ....

Hello,

I have a problem ... it's just really weird. I do not find it serious but hey, I wanted to still have your opinion.

First of all sorry for my bad English, I hope to be understood but, what happens is that my base RDX 2014 AWD has a vibration only when I climb a hill ... with a large degree of inclination. ..

It's really strange, I have no other vibration apart from that ...

Do you have ideas of what it could be?

Thank you

It may be that your engine is running at too low of an RPM. Does the vibration go away when you downshift to a lower gear and increase the engine RPM (without changing the vehicle speed).

Hello,

Thank you for answering me. No, in fact the vibration is the only one if I press the accelerator ... whatever the rpm ...

I have had transmission problems with my 2014 RDX FWD in which it shudders (judder as Acura refers to it) when shifting from 3rd to 4th gear.. I have had the transmission serviced three times (flush and software update) and the shudder is still there when it shifts from 3 to 4th gear. I have also noticed lately that the shudder is more pronounced when driving up an incline. This is only when shifting through 4th and then it stops. Is your vibration continuous when driving up the "hill"?

Have a look at these TSB's and see if the problem symptoms match what you are experiencing.
