Hi all, I just bought a used 2018 RDX advance and have tagged some songs I have heard on the radio. But when I go to the audio menu, the Tagged song list is grayed out / can’t be selected.

the car is in park, not moving, etc.

any idea why this issue is occurring? I have selected “tag” while playin ona song on FM radio and it says it is tagging a song… is this only for XM radio? The option shows up while I am listening to the regular radio.

in my old 2012 TSX it was so easy to record some of a song then go back to see what it was… but I think that was only on radio.

cab anyone help?

 

I have never used the feature you are talking about. That said, the manual indicates that tagging a song allows it to be stored on an attached iphone or ipod. That makes sense, because there would have to be some way for the system to "recall" the music.

Thanks for the info. I did try searching my iPod but not sure where to look for a tagged song. Any ideas?

in my old TSX, it saved these to the hard drive in the audio system.



i went to the iPod audio menu in the car but don’t see any option related to a tagged song. I only see this tagged song list in the FM radio audio source in acuras menu.

 

Is your iPod actually connected to your RDX system?
