RDX vs GLA
RDX feels much roomier than NX, and actually it is (~30 cubic feet more spacious).
It's remarkable considering exterior measurements are not that far apart.
Still considering both for my next wife's car.
Lincoln? No thanks, if you want a car to keep its value. Nice features though (like natural wood trim).

From what I hear, Lincoln is catching up fast. They really need to look carefully at Cadillac (or even Hyundai/ Kia) and develop a RWD platform. But I don't want to be a guinea pig by buying those cars with my money
. Not for now at least.
To the OP, I think you should have another extended test drive of the Lexus NX if you like it so much. Yes try a different dealer or ask the manager to assign a different sales guy (since he doesn't appear to give satisfactory service). The salesman will disappear the minute the price is fixed between you and dealership and you may never see him again, so don't let him be a factor at all in choosing the cars you like.

Ya after I test drove the GLA and saw how small it was, I dropped it. Plus I didn't get good experience from the dealership either. So right now it's down to NX and MKC. Really tough right now as Lincoln is offering 0% financing and almost $4000 offer sticker price. Hoping I get good news from Lexus tomorrow that they are able to find a color combo and spec I want.....
MKC Black Label
Well I might be getting a MKC Black Label. They have already started making the 2016 so I am getting a really good deal on the 2015 even though the interior color isn't my first option. Ya it doesn't have a prestige badge as Lexus or Acura but the loaded features 4 years of no cost maintenance and free detailing it was too hard to pass up.

It seems like your decision is already made. Congratulations anyway. Let us know when the deal goes through and update with pictures if you can. We would be glad to hear a first hand review from an owner. Good luck.
So far it has been a great ride! Very smooth and comfortable. Maybe too smooth for some people. I'm finding myself driving faster than it feels. In sport mode the engine and acceleration is quick.
Aside from the high end leather interior I love the ambient lighting and pano roof. Cargo area is plenty for me as I have no kids. The LCD instrument gauge is pretty cool too.
My biggest complaint is the infotainment. It is no where the smoothest and responsive out there. It can be laggy at times and have to try to make my touch selection a second time. But I think I can be patience enough. The completely redesigned SYNC 3 is suppose to be out soon. What I've seen it is way ahead than the current. I wish it was available on this years model.....
The exterior color nails what I'm into. It may not be as sporty as the NX but it has a design that has grown on me and I believe this is a good step for Lincoln to go in the right direction to attract younger buyers and get more modern. A cool feature I like is the welcome detection. DRL and tail lamps light up. The handles glow and there is a projected welcome mat in front of the doors on both sides with the Lincoln logo.
I'll post pictures later when I'm at my home computer if no one objects.

My hope is that their brand will degrade because of this market saturation (a la Tommy Hilfiger, Polo etc.)

Just like BMW with their FWD models and M-badged SUV's, Porsche with their sedans and C/SUV's, and Apple with their iPhone 5C, market expansion is inevitable and OK as long as their core products aren't diluted
