need another set of TPMS...help pls!
hi all, i'm current using another set of rims for my winters. i heard if u don't put the TPMS in the wheels, the RDX will always display a TMPS warning sign on and can't turn off traction control.
so i'm in the market to get another set of TPMS, where do you guys buy them besides the dealer? do tire rack and discount tire have them? ebay? does the RDX has a specific one? or can I get any Acura OEM ones?
once i get the TPMS, is it just plug and play or do i have to bring it to dealer to reset it / program it and stuff?
thanks all!!!!!!!!!!!!

You do not mention what year RDX you have. I am going to assume you have a 2013 RDX since you posted in the 2013 RDX forum. Would also help if you said where you are located. I will give US info (Probably also applies to Canada except price).
You will need four Acura part number 42753-TX4-A51 SENSOR ASSY., TPMS MSRP $30.79 available for $23.49 each at http://acura.bernardiparts.com and fits all 2013 RDX only.
You could also buy from other Acura online suppliers, your local dealer or use an aftermarket equivalent but I don't think you will find them at that price.
I suspect they may be recognized by the 2013 RDX but I have not confirmed this. If not the dealer would program it or any good tire shop with the proper TPMS reset tool can do it.
