What are you guys seeing for 2016 AWD Base and Techs?

These seem kinda high given what other acuras are leasing for. Really hoping to get to $399/mo on the tech, nothing down, with tax and misc. fees out of pocket. The 2015s were leasing for about $50 less/month a full year ago. Maybe this kind of action could be had later in the year for 2016s?

I am comparing this to my last 2010 lexus IS lease, which was $34k at $363/mo, 10k miles, $0 down. Interestingly enough, if I took a pro-rata of the lease payment over the MRSP, and applied it to the MRSP of the Base and Tech, I get exactly to the $395/mo and $445/mo quotes.

Side note - What am I really missing on the Base? Is the quality of the leather that much different? 4 way passenger seating height a major problem? We have no use for the tech nannies, and dont mind the non-ELS stereo, however, really would prefer navi. We are basically paying $50/mo for navi. Just dont want to find out that the navi config is so annoying that we end up using google maps on our phones.
