Interior Care

I just ordered my RDX yesterday and my car should be here on May 28th. The business manager tried to sell me the interior leather package but I think it is such as a ripoff, so of course I didn't get it and I am planning to do it myself.

Any suggestion what kind of leather care solution that I should get? I would appreciate for any suggestion.

Thanks!

Lexol shampoo and conditioner.

Another way I protect my leather from cracking, or least on the driver seat, I use the grip bar to lift myself up and then step out. I've been doing this since I got my TSX. It's a known habit of mine but it works!

The best stuff I've used comes from Zaino (zainostore.com). I use their Z-9 Leather Soft Spray Cleaner and Z-10 Leather in a Bottle.

I highly recommend Zaino for polish/car wash products.

I have used the Zaino polish but never use their leather care products before. Do you like Z-9 & Z-10?

They're the best I've used. You feel like you're pampering the leather and the smell (Z10) is fantastic!

I have done my research and it seems the 3 most popular leather cares brand are Zaino, Lexol & leatherique. I think I may try the Zaino.

My dealer gave me an Acura car care package when I picked up my RDX. The package includes a bucket, wash mitt, touch up paint, Leather Protectant, Leather Cleaner, Glass Cleaner and Cleaner and Polish. All of the stuff is Acura branded.
