They are typically very reliable cars, and if you have the service history from the dealer, that's a big plus. Hondas and Acuras require more fluid changes than some other cars, ans the RDX has transmission, transfer case, and read differential fluid changes on periodic intervals. I'd want to see that they changed the transmission fluid on a regular schedule, along with oil changes. I would not buy the car it if those has not been done. If those have been completed it's likely to be a good choice.
There have been some complaints about a transmission "judder", which did not affect all cars, and there is a known fix. You can search for information on this site, it has been discussed at length. Some cars had some issues with rear struts, which was also discussed on this site. I would expect either of those issues would be apparent on a careful test drive, and would be unlikely to develop later on (I would guess if this car had the issue, it would have already happened). Mke sure you can like with the infotainment system. It's old tech and can be frustrating for some.
Brake fluid change is often missed, and should have been done once or twice by now. If I were buying the car, I may ask the dealer to change transmission, transfer case, differential, and brake fluid as part of the deal. That way, you know they are fresh and have a baseline.
I've owned around 20 cars, and my RDX is the most reliable so far.

I have the same car that you are looking for with just over 75000 miles. So far been very reliable. Yes the navigation and infotainment is dated, make sure you are okay with that. There is no inbuilt CarPlay/ Android auto functionality even though third party mods are available for that.

+1 on that. Asking for the fluid changes is a very reasonable request.

Buy a paint thickness gauge to check if any part of the bodies have been repaired from unreported accident. I was shopping for a '17 RDX this week, and came across a red one with clean carfax. However, checking the driver side doors, the gauge showed a much thicker coat on the 2 doors compared to the other parts of the car (fenders and passenger side). I also checked the RDX I bought (and random cars on the lot) just to make sure the gauge is working correctly, and that red RDX is the only car with unusual thickness. The salesman was wondering what I was doing but I am glad to be able to identify a potential problem (the paint on the affected area looked fine, so I wouldn't be able to tell otherwise).
