Can someone who has this vehicle verify for me what the back button on the steering wheel does. For example when the car reads a text message to me, if I hit the back button on the console it will take me back to the radio display. When I do it with the button on the steer wheel it does nothing....

What does everyone else experience?

P.S. - I don't have the tech package.

 

The button works fine for me. I do have the tech package,
although i don't see why that would make a difference.

 

Just so that I am 100% clear when I talk to the tech for the 3rd time - yours works with other features then the phone calling function?

 

yes, it works for everything. Phone, audio, nav, etc
