Driver window clicking when going down

Driver window clicking when going down

Anyone know what the clicking is and/or remedy?

It wouldn't hurt to use some silicone spray on the sides to lube the window tracks.

by "sides" where are you suggesting to spray it specifically? Or both sides (inside and out) all across?
