Better sound with SVC off?

Does anyone else find music to be a lot better sounding with the SVC ( speed-sensitive volume compensation ) turned off?

With SVC turned at off I found the sound is a lot ore consistent for city driving and you can hear the bass and sub better, especially when stopped.

SVC controls the volume which is digital.
The perception of stronger bass and sub is due to less low frequency noise at lower speeds (tire rumble).
Our ears thus hear the sound better making it seem louder. The lower the noise, the stronger the perceived signal is.

I actually wished SVC would slightly increase the bass at higher speeds.
