Backseat Interior Lights

I tried to turn them on but they never turn on no matter which way I put the switch... does anyone know what's wrong?

Are you manipulating the switch in the back or front? If in the back, maybe the bulb is blown or even not installed.

Does the rear light come on when you open a door?

Are both the front and back light switches set to the on when door is open setting?
