Hello,

I would like to know if anyone knows if all the cables are already in place to put a NAV radio on a basic RDX.

I'd like to do the conversion!

Not worth the effort. The nav system in the RDX isn't as good as Google maps on your phone.

 

Most of the time My nav is a star screen(this being an option ,if You don't select nav in first 2 minutes of operation).It came with the car,glad I didn't pay extra for it.I use Waze on My smart phone.

 

True and that's why I didn't get NAV in my Accord.
Google maps with Android Auto and phone works well on screen.You can even pinch zoom streets.Better voice recognition too.

Thank you for answering me. I fully understand your point of view, but now with ebay you can get used to cheap.

In fact I always had 7 '' radio in my cars and I miss it. I know you can not install aftermarket because there is no dash trim for RDX 2013-2017.

So my question still holds,

Are the cables already in place?

 

if it is like most other car's the harness is going to be significantly different. Stick with the phone...
