Can someone post screen shots for the steps to take?

The link (in the first instructions), takes to the Honda/ Acura estore.

 

When trying to open "link" it says that I am not authorized. Which is normally the case. I have found, in the past, Honda TSX links that were put on line by Honda techs....but, when discovered Honda "closed them."

I thought maybe on My Acura.com..and if you are signed up with your Acura(s) you might be able to access TSB's, but, I tried and that didn't work either.

So...what's the answer??

After you open the estore page you will see a link on the right side of the page:

If you looking for installation or DIY instructions for a purchased accessory, you can find it here

Use that link.

After selecting your vehicle and you get to the list of the instructions for the available accessories then you should be able to access the TSB's.

Edit: Make sure your security settings in your browser are not set too high. It has to be able to accept a cookie when you get to the accessory instructions download page. That cookie is what gives you permission to go directly to the TSB links.

this works.

Once you get in using the above method you can change the last few digits in the address and find other pdf files as well. "B12-034" is also relevant to the RDX. The HFL has an update to address the crappy voice tag recognition, iphone and android issues, and random disconnect/re-connect issues and some sms issues.

I checked every number up to 50 and didn't find anything else '13 RDX related.

 

Just had the Siri Update put in my car - pushes the HFL Firmware to 1.08 (1.05 is factory and 1.06 is the update mentioned above). Anyway Siri works amazing and the iPhone 5 works flawlessly now! I'd recommend anyone who has a 2013 RDX to request this update be performed! TSB # 13-004

I'm now getting a link denied error, back door fixed? Anybody still have access? I keep checking here for the TSB to fix the noisy shocks.

 

New TSB released - this happened to my RDX when it had 3,000 miles - turned off car and turned back on and it never happened again. Dealer could not replicate the issue. Nice to know that there's a fix now.

are the dealerships supposed to replace this for free?

 

^I saw that and I was wonder why they have a double shim on there...my CLS has only 1 shim on the pad and they ever squeal

 

Can someone please post that TSB, my car is going to the dealer and I'd like to be able to hand it to him. Thanks

 

Oops, never mind, it doesn't apply to 2014. Sucks to get old. Sorry.

 

Anyone still have access to those? I could use a copy of the brake squeal TSB. I mentioned the problem last time I was at the dealer a month or so ago and they said there's not much that can be done. Now I find out there's been a TSB on it for a year...
