I just bought a 2018 Advance RDX and have the factory roof rails and crossbars. The crossbars aren't adjustable according to the dealer, and from trying to adjust them, it just doesn't work. Has anyone installed after market Thule or Yakima cross bars? Do they work? I have a Skyline16 and with the way it's mounted to the fixed crossbars, I can't open my hatch. Any help would be appreciated! I have a trip from PA to FL in 3 weeks and hauling 2 great danes. I definitely can't go without using the hatch! Thanks in advance.
