Hi i have a 2015 acura rdx tech! I was wondering if someone know if the 2016 acura rdx headlights fits on the 2015 acura rdx ?!

Yes and No, depending on how much involved you want to be.
If you are asking if they physically fit on the pre-facelifted ones, then yes they fit without modifying the bumpers or grill.
But it is not an easy plug and play sort of mod. It appears to be a complex and very involved project. There is a fairly detailed and well written thread by a member which might help you.

Only you can decide if you want to go through with this hassle, or simply trade in the car if the LED headlights are that important to you.
The HID headlights on the tech model are very good option anyway.
