2014 RDX - ABS, VSA, brake, AWD, power steering, hill assist messages
So last week morning i turn my car on. All the dash lights came on (ABS, VSA, brake, AWD, power steering, hill assist)/ It was really odd because it was all of a sudden all the lights came on. It was really misty that morning. It was driving fine until i hit 80 km/hr (50miler/hr) . I get the "AWD Temperature High" error when i go past 80kms/hr. The acura dealership is on another state. I cant really cross between states at the moment because of pandemic. So i took it to honda stealership and they scanned and said it is the "Rear right wheel speed sensor" Got them to order it from acura . Part number "57470-TX4-A01" They installed it and said it isnt reading and the code is still on. Told me it could be wheel bearing or wiring or abs module issue. They rebooked me for another day to look at it. I really lost faith at the technicians working there. Already spent about $300 so far and no advancement.
I been looking around in this forum for help and think battery was the culprit ended up Cold crank test on it and did voltage test while engine running and stop.
Battery : OE Motomaster
CCA rated battery : 750
Measured over 800
Voltage : 12.6 before start
Voltage : 14.2 while engine running.
New battery installed beginning of 2020
-I Also Took out both wheels and cleaned the wheel wells and bolt area since that fixed someones issue.
- Also Checked the Main fuse/ VSA/ABS Fuse. Seems to be intact. Checked Continuity as well
Really appreciate any kind of help. Thanks in advance.
