Uh oh, could this be the start of Tranny problem?

First time today I was going about 30 mph, and my car acted like it was coughing, but when I watched the rpms the car was jerking, like it was shifting between gears back and forth, I gave it more gas, it was having trouble going, then it shifted and took off. It has only done this in the past around 45mph, but now 30. First time, I will have to keep an eye on it, but the tranny otherwise shifts fine.

8500 miles so far. If it is the tranny, Guess I didn't install the cooler early enough. :P

definately tranny problem, but SERIOUSLY, take off the cooler before you go in for service as they could easily try to fuck you over because of that, blame it on a bad installation or something

Well I asked them before installing the cooler, if ti was safe, they said yes, and if I would have any warranty problems they said no. I asked several people. I am willing to take my chances since they told me that. That cooler will not be easy to remove.

Are you guys really sure this is a tranny problem?

Sounds like the beginnings of a tranny failure... I haven't had one fail on me, but just from what I've read here, it sounds similar...

Yep, sounds like a tranny failure. I had mine replaced after only 12,000 miles and the replacement tranny is not right either.

Good luck. I know how you feel though, it sucks to have crap like this happen to something you work hard for & pay a premium price for what is supposedly a premium brand.
